By using this website or placing an order with Libas Ghar, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them before ordering.

Orders and prices

Prices shown on the website or confirmed on WhatsApp apply to your order. An order is confirmed once we accept it and, for customized dresses, any required advance is received.

Product details and custom orders

Please check sizes, colours and fabric details carefully before ordering. For customized dresses we confirm the design, size and price with you before we start stitching. Original branded stock is available only as per stock availability.

Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in the website currency and exclude delivery charges unless noted. Cash on delivery is available where stated.

Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and start once your order is confirmed. Customized orders take longer and the time is confirmed with you. We will keep you informed of any delay.

Quality and claims

We check every order before dispatch. If you find a defect, tell us within a reasonable time after delivery, with clear photos and the order number, and we will work with you on a fair solution.

Custom designs

If you send us a design or picture for a customized dress, you confirm that you have permission to use it. We will not reuse it for other customers.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the value of the goods concerned. We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies to your use of the website and new orders.
